Peter Poths (CEO)

Peter Poths studied Economic Science with a focus on Business Information Systems at the Gerhard-Mercator University Duisburg (now University Duisburg-Essen).

After spending the first three years of his professional career working in research and development, he left in order to pursue a career in the private sector.

In 1995 he assumed control of the consulting division at Mandata System Consult GmbH, where he later joined the extended executive board. Following Mandata‘s merger with LANTEC AG, he became a financial director at LANTEC. In 2001 he was given the task of establishing the consulting department of the company’s Embedded Internet Solutions division. Upon having successfully established the department, he went back to being a financial director in 2004.

In early 2005 he assumed the position of CEO at B2M Software AG.

Supervisory Board

 

Walter Lechner (chairmen)

Born in 1953, studied electrical engineering and computer science in Munich.

Founder of B2M Software AG and member of the supervisory board, responsible for investor relations and business development.

Entrepreneur, management consultant, business angel.

As WLC Consulting focusses on M&A, IPOs, venture capital, management consulting, participation in start-ups and their funding.

 

Dr. Albert Fleischmann

Born in 1953, studied informatics and founded the Metasonic AG (former jCOM1 AG)

 

Peter Liebhart

Peter Liebhart is an independent consultant. He has more than 25 years of expert knowledge in executive positions in well-respected european companies of information technology and communication, among these for example Nokia Siemens Networks, Siemens AG, Digital Equipment GmbH and Deutsche Bundespost. In his latest position he was Chief Operating Officer at AGT Germany. Peter Liebhart studied telecommunications at the Fachhochschule Dieburg and finished 1976 as a degreed engineer.
